Programming is fast, through touch-screen. The automatic spindle lock allows a safe and quick tool change. The mechanical construction offers a perfect protection against water thanks to the pressing groups with integrated water collecting tank.

The machine can be installed in-line with milling work centre, for automatic execution of milling and grinding of notches, allowing the execution of these operations in an independent and sequential way. The concept of processing in separated phases also allows a significant increase of productivity, because all the units can work at the same time.  This all leads to high-quality working units with a quick return of investment.

Control through Touch Screen with a fast programming system by means of parametric shapes, with possibility to import drawings in .dxf format. The high performance milling head, with rotation up to ****0 rpm, has internal and external cooling and automatic lock for fast and safe exchange and an automatic locking system for a safe tools change. The machine offers high speed and high processing quality thanks to the processing with non-moving glass. All parts in contact with water are made in stainless steel and anodized aluminum.
